Mr. Kiiza is the Director of Economic Affairs with the Ministry of Finance Planning and Economic Development in Uganda. He is responsible for fiscal and monetary policy in the country. Among his duties in financial sector policy, Mr. Kiiza is in charge of microfinance and has been spearheading policy development in microfinance in Uganda.
